serves as Career Preparation instructor at Cincinnati Job Corps Center. After completing her enlistment in the United States Air Force, she looked for employment. Once she read the qualifications and mission of Job Corps, she felt it would be a great fit. For the past 29 years, Sharon has worked in several departments at Job Corps, including records, scheduling, residential, center standards and career services. She accredits her longevity to being adaptable, which in turn allows her to continuously teach young adults relevant skills that they need to become employable and independent.
